“The Lord spoke to Moses saying: Speak to all the congregation of the people of Israel and say to them: You shall be holy, for I the Lord your God am holy”. - Leviticus 19:1-2. The Israelites who were brought out of Egypt fell into deep sin. Hence, God called them to be purified and to live a holy life. Even today, we are the Israelites, who fall into sin every day. “Jesus has chosen us in Christ before the foundation of the world to be holy and blameless before him in love”. - Ephesians 1:4. But we are so caught up by the pleasures of this material world that we always give in to the desires of our flesh. The word of God clearly tells us, “Do not love the world or things in the world. The love of the Father is not in those who love the world; for all that is in the world – the desires of the flesh, the desires of the eyes, the pride in riches – comes not from the Father but from the world”. - John 2:15-16.
There are sometimes in our life where we feel that God has left our hands and made us to face this hard situation alone. But in 1 Tim 2:13 we read that if we are faithless, he remains faithful- for he cannot deny himself, this verse makes us clear that it is we who leave God’s hand, but our God is so faithful not only to us but also to himself that he cannot deny himself from loving us. We read in Jn 3:16 For GOD so loves the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life. So, this is for sure that God never leaves our hand.
All of us have experienced intimate relationship with God when we accepted Jesus as our Lord and Saviour. Even I have experienced those beautiful moment with my Jesus. In the beginning I used to think that I was a perfect follower of my Lord, but this continued only till when I kept my first step in this world while going to my college after renewing my life in my Lord. After that my love for Jesus instead of flourishing it was getting buried deep inside my heart. I was wondering what was happening in my life, was God angry with me and doesn’t want me anymore? While I was in this great distress Lord spoke to me through his word. Saying When I wanted to gather them, says the Lord, there are no grapes on the vine, no figs on the fig tree; even the leaves are withered, and what I gave them has passed away from them. Jer 8:13
“Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known” – Jer 33:3. The is a very big promise the Lord is giving his children. Whenever we call on to him he surely answers us in his time and in his ways according to his will which is always for our good.
King David trusted in the Lord God alone and always called on to him and received blessings. “I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised, so shall I be saved from my enemies.” – Psalm 18:3. “In my distress I called upon the Lord; to my God I called for help. From his temple he heard my voice, and my cry to him reached his ears.” – Psalm 18:6. “I sought the Lord and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.” – Psalm 34:4. “This poor soul cried, and was heard by the Lord, and was saved from every trouble.” – Psalm 34:6
Blessed are those who are been chosen
To listen to the words coming down from heaven
Whose hearts and mind are wide open
Happy are those who accept the truth coming from the Father
What is more precious than his words
An everlasting treasure which cannot be stolen from our heart
This world fades away before its majesty
It deserves to be revered highly
Blessed are those whom you choose O Lord
Everlasting is the covenant of your love
Before your throne my head I will bow
Jesus at your feet I will become low
Hallelujah is the song I will sing for you
You are the one who saints and angels adore
I will love you more and more
In you I will live life long.

This is the new day,
Let us sing a new song in his glory,
All our life, Let’s seek his beauty,
For his honor let's finish faithfully our duty.
More than anything, I will praise him,
Worshiping him is best of best thing.
All my being will sing and rejoice in him,
Cause my Lord have saved me from my sin
In his Glory forever I will live,
I am earning wealth which no one can steal,
Jesus is my health, wealth and prosperity,
I don't want anything else, cause I have Jesus as my King.
All hail be to my Jesus,
Throne of our praises belongs to our Lord,
He is the mighty one and our humble God.
Who can recall all that he does for us all day long.
